Which Woman Are You?

Strong? Independent? Fearless? Cute? Sexy?

All these labels only put pressure on us, women, to be something more than we are. Without realizing, we judge, shame and pressure ourselves to become more beautiful, lose weight, be more successful and sometimes compare ourselves to others only to be left with feelings of incompetence and frustration.

The truth is, you will never be beautiful, sexy, successful or strong if you bombard yourself every day with negative thoughts.

We all seek happiness. Don't wait for something to happen for you to be happy. Being happy and healthy is realizing that these feelings are only a reflection of the way you accept yourself and things around you.

It starts from within.

If you can't appreciate and love yourself RIGHT NOW, you will never love yourself at any state, any weight or with any amount of money in your bank.

First be happy and healthy from inside, and then you will attract the beautiful, successful and sexy you. It's not the other way round. It never was and never will be.

To make it a habit, practice on others. Give people excuses, don't focus on their flaws, focus on the good things, see the beauty. Eventually, you will be able to look at yourself the same way.

One of the exercises I like doing with my clients is "Find your strengths". It's surprising how some women discover new strengths during the session. It's like we never think about the good things we already have. We only focus on our flaws.

Let's start now. Why don't you share some of your strengths below? You might be surprised when you write them down or some girl might read and think yeah! I AM generous too, I'm a good listener too, I'm caring, cheerful, smart, I love learning, I finish what I start, I'm a hard-worker, I'm persistent!

Don't be shy, just do it! Can't wait to read your comment.
