What do you want to be when you grow up?

We've all been asked this question when we were little: What do you want to be when you grow up? What was your answer? Do you still have the same dream? Did you achieve it? Or are you just going with the flow in life, making a living and not thinking much about what you want to do next?

If you answered yes to the last question, you need to stop and reflect. I understand that most of the time, the responsibilities of life make no space for us to think about anything other than making a living, paying the bills and thinking: "I did my best". However, I invite you to think again and answer this question:

What would you do if you couldn't fail?

If failing was not an option, no obstacles, no fear, no responsibilities to force you to avoid taking risks..what would you do? Who would you be?

After you answer this question, keep in mind that your answer is your passion and your dream. It is probably what you were born to do. You just didn't pursue it enough.

Next, write your intention. Write it on paper. Studies have shown that there is a much higher probability of achieving your goals when you write them down. So what have you got to lose? Write your intention and keep it in a place where you can see it all the time...like the background of your phone? ;)

Finally, write small action steps to start working your way to achieving your goal. These steps can be as small as setting time to google search this or ask about the prices and procedures of that. Baby steps but structured ones will always lead you there.
