The Orange Pepper Dip

So I found these cute baby orange peppers today at the organic store:

I was really inspired to try a new dip! So I brushed them with olive oil and roasted in the oven for 20 minutes and this is what I got:

Imitating mohammara (محمرة), a dip with roasted red bell peppers and walnuts, I blended them with garlic, roasted almonds, and olive oil. The result was delicious!

To my surprise, the orange baby peppers were a bit spicy!

I used baby carrots, green bell pepper, cucumbers and the same orange baby peppers to dip with! Who doesn't love a snack full of veggies ;)
