Directions
- Heat the oven to 150 degrees C
- Wash the sweet potatoes with a brush until all the dirt has come off
- Using a sharp knife, cut into thin discs (the thinnest you can using a knife)
- In a bowl, add the sweet potato discs, olive oil and spices and mix thoroughly using hands
- Arrange the discs on a baking sheet on the oven baking tray. Make sure they are only one layer.
- Bake at 150 degrees C for 40 minutes or until slightly crispy and the edges are slightly browned.
Tip: If you're making this recipe for the first time, keep close attention to the sweet potatoes after 30 minutes. Take note of the best time/consistency combination according to your oven.
