The avocado has to be ripe in order to avoid bitter taste

Yields

1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • Half a ripe avocado
  • 1 cup spinach (baby spinach is preferable)
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 250 ml of coconut milk, coconut water or plain water

Directions

Blend all in a blender or using a hand blender and enjoy.
